He started with daily research in wind energy. And solar power. He made the switch to reusable bags. Then he embraced the routine of strict energy conservation. Then he found ways to upcycle the skirted items. Next it was water conservation. And reuse. He played a key role in implementing the garbage sorting and recycling programme in his home. That's why Norman has been awarded the Kopjes Susty Cat Leader Award 2015.
